What time to schedule first FP late arrival Sunday of Memorial weekend?

We will be arriving at our first park on Sunday of Memorial weekend so we know it will be busy!!! We plan to get to AK about 3pm and will need to stop by Guest relations to see about obtaining our DS15 a DAS would we be safe in scheduling our first FP for 4pm you think and then we would have till 5pm to get there?
