What time to get picked up? (Uni/Dis split stay)

Hi everyone. We've never done this kind of trip before, so I don't know what works best. We are arriving at RPR on 4/9 and staying until the 12th. We arrive late so we are planning on hitting the parks on the 10th, 11th, and maybe the morning of the 12th, since it's a 3 day pass anyway.

My first FP reservation at WDW is at 4pm, so we need to check-in (at BLT) and get to the MK by 4:30 at the latest.

Our plan is to have our driver stop at a grocery store on the way to BLT. So, my question is…what time should we plan on getting picked up at RPR? I am thinking 1 or 2 pm? But I don't know if that gives us enough time to enjoy the morning at Uni? Or will we pretty much be done by then?

I'd probably asked to be picked up around 2pm. It only takes about 1/2 hour to get to Disney property and then another 10-15 to BLT.
I'd definitely plan on doing some things the morning of your switch day.

hotel check out is 11:00, you can request a later checkout which could be noon.

if it were me, i would store my belongings with valet and check out of the room before you use early entry at the park.
that way you wouldn't have to return to the hotel for 11:00 check out.

check out of the hotel early and you still have all the perks allowed for early entry and ep lines.
take your time in the parks, eat lunch there or at city walk then return to the hotel for your ride around 1:45.
get your luggage from valet and wait out front for your ride at 2:00.

then you'll be off to the motherland for another vacation..

On the morning of checkout, we always leave out luggage stored at the hotel and have one last morning at the parks, doing our favourite rides a couple of times each. if we are hungry, we will grab lunch (husband wants nachos from the pool bar at RPR), if not, we will normally leave for Disney by 1 pm at the latest.
