What time to arrive at TTC for an 8am PPO ADR at BOG?

I'm guessing that parking our car at 7 and taking the monorail would get us to the gate by 7:45. True?

Yes, shouldn't be a problem.

Note that sometimes the monorail isn't runnning that early and your only option is the Ferry Boat, but you still should be OK I think.
