What time to arrive at Early Entry and non-Early Entry park?

It looks like USF will be the Early Entry park for our Presidents' Day week trip to Universal (we will be at Universal Monday, February 15 (President's Day) and Tuesday, February 16). What time would you recommend arriving at USF for Early Entry (USF opening at 8am with EE)?

For the day that we start at IOA, park opening is at 9am - what time should we plan to be walking up to security?

Gate usually opens about 15 minutes early, so I'd get there at 8:15ish.
