What time should we show up at Islands of Adventure?

We want to maximize our time. Staying off property. To be in the park as early as possible when it opens what time should be parking in the ramp? We do not have tickets yet, so we'll need to buy those on the way in.

I'd be at the parks 45 minutes before the gate opens.
