What time should I pick up my rental?

We will be renting a car from Budget at MCO and spending a couple of days at Vero Beach before our 3 day cruise. We will be renting a car to take us back to the airport. This will be our first cruise and I was wondering what time I should book to pick up the rental car. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it!!!

I am picking my rental up at Avis (Radission) between 9-9:30 ish. I have done this the last couple of times and it has been great/ Enjoy
