What Time should I make ADR's for illuminations?

We are thinking about changing our ADR's one night we are at disney to Rose and Crown, so that we can watch illuminations from there. What time should we make the reservations...keeping in mind we might have to wait a little extra to get a patio seat.

7:30PM. That'll give you the best chances, I feel. We've always aimed our ADRs for that time, and we've been lucky enough to get a patio seat three times out of eight times we've had dinner there. Good luck! And if you don't get a patio seat, enjoy your meal anyway.... it's a great restaurant and they even let you stand at the back of the patio during the show.
