what time of the day can you start booking ADRs online?

Hi, I have a question.. we are coming up upon our 180 mark. If I want to try the online ADRs-- and my date is July 19th, does this mean I can book online at July 19th 12:01 am, or does the system open at a certain time like 7 am?

The online system "rolls over" to the next day at 6AM EST. So, this is essentially when it opens for the day. Phone lines open at 7AM EST.
