What time of day can I start the mad dash for BOG reservations?

Staying onsite and can't remember what time reservations open up on one's ADR day. Can anyone refresh me? I will try online and calling, so I'm wondering about times for both of these. I'm sure it's on here somewhere, but I'm being lazy - sorry!
