What time of day are AP or other rates usually released?

Anyone know the answer to this? I didn't know if rates were available exactly at 7:00 a.m., or if they come out later in the day. It seems to me that some have even come out in the afternoon. I just have spent way way way too much time on the computer lately praying that an AP rate will come out for our trip next Thursday. I am willing (in a sense) to pay rack rate, of course, but an AP rate would free up some more $$ to enjoy some other fun things Disney has to offer!

Sorry to say you are correct in your findings. There is no specific time when special rates are released. Generally they release them about 3-4 months. But rarely at the same time of the day.
