Thank you....yes I meant MCO....sorry I didn't specify. I was thinking I'd read 9 somewhere but now can't find anything anywhere. I suppose the front desk at the Hyatt will tell us as well.

The DCL transfer check in desk opens at 9:00. Once the first bus is full, it will depart. In our case that was 9:10. It will vary some. Subsequent busses depart every 20 minutes or when full, whichever is first.
Unless you are hoping/trying for a port upgrade, being there right at 10:30 when the port opens only adds time to wait. The ship won't be open for boarding until 11:15ish and your boarding group is tied to the PAT you select during online check-in...

Thanks....I am hoping to be in the early line for check in for kids club and get the obligatory Sailor Mickey out of the way before it gets too crowded!

If you wait until you actually board, the line to register kids for the kid's club is shorter than it it may be n the terminal. That being said, actually arriving at the terminal around 12:15-12:30, there's usually no lines either for check in or for kid's club registration.

We were on the second bus from MCO for our recent Dec 11 Disney Dream cruise (although we were in line before 9, the line was longer than a bus-ful). We enjoyed the extra time we had at the port, as it let us easily check in, take pictures, see Mickey, take a bathroom break, and sit and relax a bit. On previous trips we have felt much more rushed in the terminal, so for us it was a good decision to spend the night at the airport Hyatt and take the transfer from the airport instead of the resort we had been staying at.
