What time is earliest bus to MCO?

My flight is at 11:02. I know I am cutting it close.

What time is the earliest bus leaving the port to MCO? Do you think the first bus will leave by 8:00?

We plan to do express walk off, but I am wondering if I should take Disney transportation or a town car.

The buses are not on a set schedule. They start filling them as soon as the ship is cleared for debarkation. Once a bus fills up, it departs. Chances of the first bus departing by 8:00 are fairly good, in my estimation, but not guaranteed.

Also not guaranteed that you will be on that first bus, unless you are the first party off the ship and through customs. If there are a lot of people doing the self-debarkation, and you are further back in line, the first bus may fill up before you get on it, and you'll be getting on the second bus.

We had an 11 am flight. We made to airport in time. Just be off ship ASAP. I think we arrived at Mco by 9

DCL recommends 11:30am so you aren't too far off from that. On our most recent sailing (ended on 12/24) we had an 11:10am flight which was our earliest but we've had 11:30am previously. We had main dining at 6:45am for breakfast and then disembarked as soon as we were finished about 7:15-7:30am and the all clear had been given. We got on a bus and waited only about 5 minutes and no delays getting to MCO and arrived around 8:15-8:30am as I remember. Plenty of time. Things can happen but just ensure you don't dilly dally and get to the airport sooner rather than later (I'd aim to be off the ship by 7:30am) and you shouldn't have any issues baring unforeseen issues.
