What time for PS at Chef Mickey's?

I am am planning way ahead here, we arent going until November.
Our flight is supposd to come into mco at 2pm. I want to make a dinner PS at Chef Mickey's, Would making it for 4 or 5pm give us enough time to get to Pop, check in and get the the resturant on time?

This is our first trip so I don't know how long it will take to do anything.

We did this last June. I would make it later. I think that you will need more time. Also, if you have kids they will want to check out the pool and other things at Pop. I would make for 6:00 at the earliest.
