What time does the bus start running to Wilderness Lodge from the trading post?

You would think I would know this but I don't. Someone is staying at Wilderness lodge and needs to get her run on. The best option for running would be to take the bus from WL to the Fort. She runs in the morning i know that bus would be running by 7 am but does anyone know if it run earlier? Or if it is one of the routes that run 24 hours.
