What time does Tambu Lounge open?

The dining page for the location on the WDW site says it's open 4p-11p, but the online menu has
Appetizers - Served 2:00pm - 8:00pm (Sunday - Thursday) 4:00pm - 9:00pm (Friday and Saturday)
pasted across the top.

Fairly certain it opens at 4 pm. The home page of the Tambu website lists it’s as such and my experience in April was that it was not open before 4 pm.

Hopefully the current hours are 4-11, hoping to grab some food and drinks next Friday after we settle in.
