What time does IOA and WWOHP open for onsite guests

What time are they actually opening up the WWOHP for onsite guests? I have had several people (who have not been yet) tell me they heard the park will open at 6am to accommodate all the guests? Is this true? I was still under the impression that it did not open until 8am for onsite guests but you could enter IOA around 7am and stand in line for the WWOHP to open up?

The official word is WWHOP opens at 8:00. However some folks have been able to get in before 8. Bear in mind that this is the opening of WWHOP. The turnstiles into IOA may be earlier. So if you show up to the park at 8, you may still need to wait in line to get into WWHOP.

Here's what happened this week:

IOA opened the gates at 7am. They had hotel guests line up at the bridge from Seuss into LC. Some mornings they would move us ahead bit by bit toward WWoHP, some they would escort us straight there. They opened WWoHP as early as 7:20 one morning and at 8:00 another. It just depends on if they are ready for you or not.
