What time does Guest Services open at the parks?

We will need to visit Guest Services before entering the park on our first full day. If we choose HS, it opens at 7AM. Will Guest Services be open to fix our ticket issues that early?

The ticket booths as well as Guest Relations outside any given park will both open at least 30-45min before the first guests are admitted into the park, if not earlier than that.

I would imagine CMs will be scheduled for 5:30 and 6:00 AM start times in the case of a 7:00 AM park open time, in order for them to have morning meetings and collect their opening till funds.
