What time does Festival of Fantasy parade arrive in the hub?

What time does the Festival parade arrive in the hub? and how early would we need to claim a spot?
I prefer watching parades from Frontier land but we have a Mickey FP for 1:30-2:30 and SM for 3:10-4:10 so I was thinking it would be good timing to find a parade spot on the Tomorrow land side of the hub for the parade!

FoF will reach the Hub at 3:15. Use your Mickey & Minnie FP at 1:25 and then head over to the Hub.

Thanks! Will we need to secure a spot an hour in advance if we want to have good viewing? Is there anywhere better/worse in the hub area for crowds and space? Would trying to go over near Sleep Hollow after meeting Mickey be a better option even though it adds onto our walking?

What time would be want to find a spot near Hall of Presidents? Is it much less crowded than the hub? My favorite parade spot is by Country Bears because there are several spots only large enough for one row of viewing so you don't have people cramming on top of you at the last minute! Since it will be our check-in day, I can only estimate on our park arrival time and will have to plan last minute based on crowds and time, so I want to be as informed as I can be!

1. Like everything else, that would vary with the crowd that day.
2. Generally, yes.
3. That can be true. (It is where we most-often view FoF.)
