What time does CHH usually open?

I'm thinking 10:30-11. I know it was earlier than most restaurants because I remember being surprised it was open already.

I would agree with this. We generally are early lunch eaters, generally 11-11:30 or so, and I know we've had no problems getting into CHH at that time.
It is our "must-do" every trip, love the anchors aweigh tuna sandwich!

I know it was 11:00 a few years ago in May. I can still remember standing at the register in front of the CM, watching the clock and waiting for it to turn to 11:00. I don't know if it's different at different times of year.

I'm pretty sure we ate at 10:30-10:45 in December. We were the first in the restaurant and it turns out their computers weren't working so it never actually used our CS credits!

It depends on the time of year. Last month we were there the week before Easter and CHH opened at 10:30 every day. Typically it opens at 11:00.
