What time do they turn on the Osborne Lights?

What time in the evening do the Osborne Lights begin? Thinking of planning a Hollywood & Vine dinner, fantasmic & the lights in 1 evening - maybe!

We did that. The lights were on for at least an hour after the show. After the show we went to see the lights. (Don't eat the snow) We had an early dinner at Holleywood and Vine, I think like 4:10. We did not have enough time to see the lights after dinner, I would have rather waited until it was darker anyway. We had plenty of time.
