what time do ppl line up for 11am opening at IG?

Thinking the day we switch from WL to BCV, after brkfst at Cape May we would head to the countries at their opening before we use Stormalong Bay.
What time do ppl line up at IG?

I don't think there is really a line up since you can enter from IG when the park opens at 9:00. It's just that nothing on that side is open from 9-11.

when do they start lining up at the rope to go into the countries?

Well at nine there isn't even a rope blocking off WS......just a CM stationed by the bridge. Don't know if one is added later?

I doubt there is much of a line if any. I would just head over at 11:00 if that is where you are starting your Epcot visit.

thank you - I thought I remembered an actual rope when we were up that way at opening in 2001 - I was waiting for 11am because we wanted to get to Rose & Crown to request a table for Illuminations - dont know what exactly worked but we did get it

There will be no line waiting to get into the countries. Relax and enjoy.

If you are entering from the IG entrance, you don't need to worry about a rope drop. Rose and Crown is the other way, towards Future World. You can walk down and stand right by the reservation stand at anytime although they probably won't do much for you before 11.

I was waiting for 11am because we wanted to get to Rose & Crown to request a table for Illuminations - dont know what exactly worked but we did get it

I would stop in Guest Services near Spaceship Earth - you can make your PS's there too - and make sure the request is noted on your PS.....you could do this at 9am.....
