What time can you start making online ADR's?

our day to make ADR's is on Christmas day!, so it looks like i will be up early that day for sure now, but exactly what time can i start making reservations for places online? Is it still good for 10 days out as well? We only need to make a few since we are only in WDW for 2 days, then on the Disney Dream for 5, then back to WDW for only 1 last day. Hoping to get Chef Mickeys for my birthday dinner!

As far as I'm aware the new system only allows booking 90 days out from reservation date. They are trying to reduce the abuse the old system received.:

The timeframe for booking dining, recreation and tour experiences at the Walt Disney World® Resort is now a 90-day window. We have adjusted the booking window to reflect the growing pattern of Guests booking their dining, recreation and tour experiences closer to their travel dates as they finalize their vacation itineraries. However, all existing dining, recreation and tour reservations will be honored as booked.

At this time, reservations for Chef Mickey's and Cinderella's Royal Table can be made through June 19, 2009. However, effective March 22, 2009, these locations also will move to a 90-day booking window.

I thought they tried that and then went back to 180 days out. I know on our last trip in Oct 2010, we made them 180 days out, and on our dvc reservation, it says we can book on dec 25, our 180 day mark

I booked our ADRs at 180 mark for our trip in May a few weeks ago with no problems. I know that I have been able to do it before like at 6am. This last time I did it in the afternoon and still got everything I wanted.

Currently, you can book dining reservations 180 days in advance and +10 days if you are staying onsite at a Disney operated resort.

There was a period of time when the window was only 90 days, but that ended in October 2009 when the window was extended to 180 days.

You can book online at 6 AM Eastern time.

You can book by phone at 7 AM Eastern time.
