What time can I book FP+?

Sorry, I'm sure it's been asked a hundred times but I couldn't find anything when I searched

I think it's changed to 7am US time, is that right? So is it noon UK time?

Like you I'm never sure (the stress of booking FP+ )you can test it without booking a day before just to make sure.

yes, 7 am US eastern time (florida time) which is noon UK time...
