What time at Spice Road Table?

Hello,
We want to try Spice Road Table for our trip in February. Can anyone give a recommendation on what time would be good for a reservation for dinner? We would like to hopefully request a table near the water and possibly have a good view of Illuminations.

The restaurant is not very busy so I think you are good with a reservation about 60 to 30 minutes before Illuminations. We stopped in this past June a few times and it was never busy. They do have some good choices but they are priced high even by Disney standards which I think hurts them, especially with Tangerine Cafe right across the walkway.

If you want a GOOD view of Illuminations then make your ADR for 6:00 - 7:00. That will give you time to finish dinner and move to an area on the Promenade to see the show. The best views from SRT are partially obscured. If you are content with that, book a table for around 8:00.

ETA: SRT is now one of our favourite non signature restaurants. Very good food and service.

I would recommend you make the ADR for around sunset or after. From what I have seen, the sun can shine on most of the outdoor tables as it gets later in the daytime. I wouldn't want to eat while staring into the sun.
