What time are the roads near MK/MK resorts back to normal after Half?

We will be heading to Kona for breakfast the morning before the full marathon. I totally forgot about the half going on that morning. I'm guessing that since the half starts so early and they need to open MK, they must do a good job opening the streets asap.

If I make an adr for around 8:30/9am, I should be good right?

The rundisney transportation page for the WDW marathon weekend says "On Saturday and Sunday from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., the main entrance to Epcot® from World Drive will be closed to all traffic. During this period, all traffic will be directed to the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot and guests will be transported to Epcot® via Monorail."

Depending on where you are coming from, it seems it'll be OK.
