What time are the character breakfasts?

I know, that may vary a lot. But I was wondering if maybe they're all at standard times.

We have relatives who want to take us to a character breakfast on the morning we depart. We need to be at the hotel for DME around noon.
Would we be able to do that, and have enough time?

I don't know where the character breakfast is, but I'm guessing NOT in a park.

I have an ADR for CP at 8:10 AM and one at Donald's at 8:20 so in park I think they begin at 8. I've heard 7-7:30 for resort meals
