I read that the GCH has alternating bedtime stories and songs in the lobby, just curious what time those generally start. (We'll be there in December). Thanks!

I'm not sure about the answer to your question, but just wanted to let you know if you didn't already... I believe there's a TV channel where different Disney princesses read stories on a continuous loop, so if you want a bedtime story when you're actually in bed, that's always an option
We just stayed there last week and I didn't see anything like that in the lobby in the evenings. They did have the bedtime storychannel. They had a tv with mickey cartoons on in the lobby for the kids and coloring at some times, but I never saw the storytime, nor was it on their schedule for last week. Good question.
I wonder if they don't do it any more/aren't doing it because of Santa/Carolers during the Holiday Season.
It's been a few years since we have done it, but they used to have the story-telling several times a night, I think it was on the hour...maybe 6, 7, & 8 p.m.?
But now that you all are saying this, when we wandered through the GCH last week, the cute little kids rocking chairs were all clustered around a TV in the lobby and bigger people chairs were by the fireplace.....
That's sad if they don;t do it any more....It was definitely a highlight for my kids and the storyteller/"ranger" was awesome.
