What the heck's going on at ASMu next Dec??

I just called a few moments ago (and check out the Disney website) about booking a standard room at ASMu for 12/4-12/8/08 and apparently ALL the Standard rooms are booked solid at the resort with only preferred left! What's going on that weekend that it's all full already??? No WAY are we staying at ASSp (which has availability) and the guy said ASMo wasn't available for standard rooms.

I may have to suck it up and go with Pop, but frankly nobody in my party is impressed with Pop. I guess we'll just have to look at it as we are on Disney proprty and will only be in our room to sleep.

Oh cripes...I think you're right. Pop Warner week is roughly that same time right this year isn't it?

Yep! It was that weekend last year and is this year too. The usually leave Sunday.
