What the Heck Is Choron Sauce???

Anyone? It's the sauce that's on the filet at Narcoossee's. Just want to know if I need to ask them to hold the sauce! Thanks!
 
I thinks its like a bernaise sauce, if I remember correctly that is the same sauce they served on DH's NY Strip at Flying Fish
 

When in doubt, Google it...whenever I see a menu item I don't have a clue about, I always find the answer on google. Hasn't failed me yet.

Amazing how many of these hi-falutin', la-la-la names & descriptions of food dishes turn out to actually just be a variation of something well known or common...like it'll really just be another version of hot sauce, or mayo with garlic, or ketchup with chopped veggies, etc. I told my husband I'd love to have the job of coming up with names for paint colors or creating menu descriptions...
