I am not really into rum but all this talk makes me want to try one. I drink pina colada's without alcohol and they are fabulous....would the konk kooler be good without the rum???

Konk Cooler
Castaway Cay

1/2 can of cream of coconut (coco lopez) or one 12oz can frozen pina colada mix
3 ounces light rum
3 ounces dark rum
1/2 of a 12oz can frozen passion fruit juice concentrate(Welches)
4 oz of orange juice
2-3 cups of ice

-Mix all together in a blender until very fine and smooth

gotta love it....when i got off the ship last year...i went to the grocery store...bought some coconut stuff (coco lopez i think) and dole pineapple juice...bought a smoothie maker and made them. The pina colada's turned out almost exactly like the ones on the ship, minus the real fruit because I was too lazy to do all that.

Yes you can get a virgin Konk Kooler. It is one of my DH's favorite drinks!
