What stores at WDW give 10% off a $50+ purchase with the Disney VISA?

Does anyone know if World of Disney is one? The website is vague. It just says, "10% off select merchandise purchases of $50 or more at select locations" and doesn't specify the locations like it does for the dining and experiences discount.

I've had it at any Disney owned store. I can't remember if any of the non Disney owned stores offered it though since I've been using gift cards and/or rewards visa the last few trips.

We were able to get the discount at pretty much all of the Disney type stores at Disney Springs.
