What songs do you have on your IPod that you think nobody else has?

The entire John Denver catalog :lovestruc

I also have the entire "Super Hits of the 70's" collection and the top 100 songs of each year from 1980 - 1989.

:confused3

I have a lot of Body Flow music that I am sure hardly anyone else has, but I won't list that.

I do have...

This is how we do it - Montell Jordan
Bust a Move - Young MC
Because We Believe - Andre Boccelli
Cecelia - Simon and Garfunkel
Open Arms - Journey

And will anyone ADMIT to having the entire Backstreet Boys Collection? :lmao:

I not only have the Slade version, but the remake by Great Big Sea (Canadian Celtic Rock band)

Six was having problems adjusting to his clone status - best line of that song. Got it too.

I was gonna post that one myself as a potential "nobody else has this" - listened to it this morning.

Okay - my turn to see if any others have these:

Nature Trail to Hell (In 3-D) - Wierd Al Yankovic

EVERY SONG - Michael Penn (all studio released albums plus a couple of live tracks - most people forget about Sean Penn's musically gifted brother - he's also somewhat overshadowed by his wife - Aimee Mann)
One Night in Bangkok - Murray Head

Days - Elvis Costello
Humans from Earth - T-Bone Burnett
True - Spandau Ballet
Istanbul (Not Constantinople) - They Might Be Giants - OOPS, didn't notice this was already mentioned
Heart and Soul - T'Pau

Okay - that's waaaayyyy too many - but I'm sure that few of them are unique - but I'd be curious to know who has some of these "less well known" tunes out there!

I have the highlighted ones... well, not all of Michael Penn's. Just No Myth. Turn Up the Radio is one of my absolute favorite songs! Saw Donnie Iris in concert years back... I ♥ that song!!!

I have one I don't think any one else has...

Ben- Michael Jackson :rotfl:

DS liked my Jackson 5 CD when he was little. One of his best friends is named Ben, so he thought it was funny......then I told him it's about a rat :lmao: He still likes to sing it at the top of his lungs lol.

My mom used to love that song until she found out that it was about a rat. She used to share that story all the time back when he was popular.

All I need by Jack Wagner:lmao: Oh my how I loved Frisco Jones on Genereal Hospital back in the day...thanks for the memory;)

I had to jump through hoops to find it!

Sorry I have Ben on mine.
Here are some of my selections.

Cher-Dark Lady,Gypsies,Tramps and Thieves
Culture Club-Karma Chameleon
Dolly Parton- Eagle when she Flies
Dr. Hook-Sylvia's Mother
Elvis Presley- In the Ghetto
George Jones- He Stopped Loving her Today
Queen- Fat Bottom Girls
Staff Sgt. Barry Sadler- The Ballad of the Green Berets
Tanya Tucker- Delta Dawn
The Everly Brothers- Cathy's Clown
Three Dog Night- Old Fashioned Love Song
A lot of Bon Jovi and The Dropkick Murphy's

I have Fat Bottom Girls... it's my favorite Queen song. I also have lots of Bon Jovi and I think my favorite thing is being able to burn CDs off of ITunes. I have a couple Bon Jovi mix CDs in my car that I love listening to.

I thought of another song that I have that I don't know if anyone else will have, because I don't know how popular the group is... I found them through one of those "If you like <blank> then you might like <blank>" sites. I've never heard them on the radio, so not sure if they're popular or not.

I'm sure that there are a few people who have similar stuff to what's on my iPod, but I doubt that (m)any of them are on the DIS. I have a lot of Scandinavian metal; which explains most of that. Even so, I have a few things that probably are pretty rare regardless, such as:

Devs Iratvs--The only album released by Finnish black metal band Arthemesia. Perhaps 1,500 copies ever pressed. Never released in the US. Only four sources on emule.

Memory--Unreleased single from Lost Alone, essentially a solo project by Finnish musician Kimmo Miettinen. This track is notable in that it features Ensiferum/Wintersun/Arthemesia guitarist/keyboardis/vocalist Jari Maenpaa.

Here are some others that I have...

Desert Moon by Dennis DeYoung
Forever All Over Again by Night Ranger
Holding Out for a Hero by Bonnie Tyler
Love of a Lifetime by Firehouse
Never Surrender by Corey Hart
Insensitive by Jann Arden

Some stuff that I don't think many people have is....

OMC
Rickie Lee Jones
Blind Melon
Rama Lama Bang Bang by Roisin Murphy
Relax by Frankie Goes to Hollywood
the Queer As Folk Soundtrack from Season 1.

I have Relax and a Blind Melon song.

I have the Roisin Murphy "rama lama bang bang" song a pp mentioned.

Glamorous Life -Sheila E
maybe someone has this: I loved her first -Heartland

and the following bands I bet nobody has on their ipods:

It's a great song about being a little girl! A woman from Massachussetts wrote it and it fell into Faith Hill's hands and she recorded it. They were both on Oprah a couple of years ago and the writer sang the song with Faith on the show. She said it was a dream come true. I fell in love with the song because I have two little girls.

Girls Got Rhythm-AC/DC
I'm Only Happy When It Rains-Garbage
In the Summertime-Mungo Jerry
Satisfaction Guaranteed-The Firm
Fox on the Run-Sweet
