What song is this? Old Disney commercial - 25th anniversary

I clearly remember the song in this commercial, and I really adore it, however I have absolutely no idea who sang it, what it's called or if there's an extended version. I would love to have it on my iPod (along with my other 331 Disney songs).
Does anyone know this one?

just by judging from the refrain I think its called "Remember the Magic", they should have recorded a new vesion of this for the Memories promotion, but maybe they didnt want to conjure memories of the Castle cake.
