What smells remind you of being in WDW?

For me it is really no one smell, but any happy make your heart warm and fuzzy music!

Anytime that I come into contact with a farm animal or I smell a petting zoo, I'm instantly reminded of being on the monorail after a long day at the Magic Kingdom.

I bought cookie from the store the other day and when I opened the bag, they smelled like the cookies at MK! I love those smells!

Oh my gosh...That is so funny!! The other day I took my daughter with me to Wal-Mart to do some shopping, and as we were coming out, the combination of the humid air, and some sort of cleaner (sanitizer, maybe) took me right back to heading out of the lobby of ASM in the morning to catch the bus to MK....Good Times....When I got home I told my wife about my experience...I'd figure that she'd look at me like I was an idiot, but she said "THAT HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME!"

did anyone else notice that the Burning room in rome in Saceship Earth smells like crayons? call me crazy but i think it dose

Just last Saturday DH and I were on the beach and some folks were starting a fire with driftwood.....it took me right to the WL rocking infront of the fireplace. I love that smell & the WL fireplace.

This weekend was just full of smells for me! We went to a farm to go picking and all I could smell was AK! We live by a camp ground, and while walking up to my parents house, someone had a fire going and it smelled Exactly like Spaceship Earth!! Man I miss Disney!!

From a prior job, not WDW, I can't stand the smell of a cleaner called, "Simple Green."

Ick. I hate that stuff, too. We used it in the Navy and sometimes the smell was so overpowering that my eyes started to water and I started to gag!

The hot humid air reminds me of being at MGM in july. The way that all the heat hits the pavement and a smell comes from it. Good times!

I have to say the morning smell, too. Just the other day I was outside early and the sun was already bright and there had been a heavy dew, and I was immediately thinking "Disney"!!

Also, the buses have a distinct smell!

How fun! I love this and I too am glad someone else understands me. My DH and I play this game called what at WDW does this smell like.

- We were at the Somerset Inn in Troy, MI- for a wedding and we were in a room partying with the bride and groom, when suddenly I smelled it and screamed to my DH "Quick what do you smell?" He said "Poly!" Everyone thought we were nuts.

-I keep trying to get him to take me to dinner at the Rainforest Cafe we have one at our local mall here, cause the first time I went in I was gidddy that it smelled (no not like the R.C. dahh) but Epcot! I immedately called my DH.

- I also thought I was the only one who knew of the water smell. I love it!

Last trip I bought a trial size Johnson's body lotion. I used it everyday at the Poly.When we came home I bought a full size bottle and it takes me back to WDW and the Poly everytime.

This thread is so funny! I brought a new kind of antiperspirant with me on our trip, so now every morning when I use Secret Platinum Powder scent, I think of Disney. Makes getting dressed for work so much more fun!

There's a certian hot doggy smell that reminds me of the boardwalk. When I was prego in 1997....we stayed at BWV with a balcony on the boardwalk, and the hot doggy smell made me sick to my stomach! LOL Sometimes I smell it...and the memories make me a little quesy!

there are just so many pages on this post....I missed a few, so I hope not to repeat but...Just the other day while walking down a wooded path, it smelled exactly like the air at POR.....(also, certain mulch people use...I'm not sure of the type)

I was somewhere the other day (can't remember where) and I smelled popcorn that smelled just like the popcorn at Disney. I should know, I eat about 4 a day while I am there. Yum.
