What site do u use to upload pictures? can help people who dont know

Well i use photobucket but can anyone tell me how to draw on it?

What you do is save the picture you want to draw on using "save as". Then, you open up "Paint", click "File", then "Open", and choose what you want to draw on. Then you can start drawing.

Once you're done, save it, then upload it. And voila! A drawn on picture
