What shows/experiences shouldn't my kids miss?

Last time, we did Hoop-Dee-Doo, Fantasmic, and Chef Mickey. What should we do this time? I have four kids. 3 year old girl, and 7, 10, 13 year old boys.

Any awesome shows, cruises, dinners, etc. that we MUST see/experience?

We think the Festival of the Lion King at AK is fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

Illuminations at Epcot is our favorite fireworks show. We always see it 2-3 times per trip.

50's Prime Time Cafe is a fun meal. Your kids would probably enjoy it as they would also probably like Sci-Fi diner.

I am a big fan of the character meal at Garden Grill at the Land. Great character interaction. I will also agree with FOTLK. It is a great production.

One day we rented a boat at FW and it was so much fun. We rode all around and saw MK, WL, GF and the Poly. The kids loved this almost as much as we did! LOL

We also love the Lion King in AK. All the fireworks shows are great. You may like WC for dinner. My kids also enjoyed LLT in Mk. It is just so much to do and see that is good that it is hard to narrow it down.

I love Ohana's for breakfast or dinner. Breakfast is a character breakfast, but dinner is not. Dinner is always a lot of fun, and the food is awesome. It is a very family friendly environment.

Flights of Wonder in AK. Also the Pocahontas animal show. Lights, Motors, Action at Studios. They'd probably love Teppanyaki in Epcot.

can't think of anything else...
oh yeah and the new Lights, Motors, Action at MGM...I haven't seen it but i hear its pretty good
