What should you do when Fernando calls U?

Hi,

The last couple of days I have received calls from a DVC number from Fernando who wants to discuss my BLT ownership. He gives a call back number. Does anyone know why I'm getting called? Is this a hard sale call or do they really need something? I guess I could call them, but everyone on this board knows more of what is going on then them!

The price for BLT is going up to $130/point on 12/1. It could be they are calling to see if you want to add on prior to the increase.
