Regarding your last question, the restaurant will most likely be empty. We had a late breakfast there in December and were the only table there for about half the meal. Most people are already out of WL for the day by midmorning so there's not much traffic. Which is a shame since half the fun in going to WC is watching the servers interact with other groups. You won't be rushed - we actually thought it was a little too leisurely.
