WHAT ROOM AT POP CENTURY & HOW TO REQUEST IT?

We Have Reservations For October In The Preferred Buildings. Does Anyone Have A Suggestion About What Rooms Would Be Good. I Heard They Have Rooms That Overlook The Lake & The Pool. Which Is Better & How Do I Request It? Thanks For The Help. Also Are There Elevators There Or Stairs?

Have fun at POP it's a great place! As to which building, you can put in a request when you make your ressies, but there are no guarantees (usually...) and it depends what you want to look at, all the pools are cool and different, the views depend on what room you are in. And the stairs/elevators are in the middle of the buildings, so they are easy to access!

There are also stairs at the end of the bldgs.
Just be sure to request your most important preferences. Be sure to include close the the food court if that is important to you. However that is prob. a popular request, so don't be too disapointed if you don't get it.

We just went last weekend and we were in room 5410 (Building 5 of the 60's) which is a preferred room. We overlooked part of the lake and the kiddie pool of the Hippy Dippy Pool. We were super close to Classic Years (the main building where the food court and busses are). I enjoyed the location of the room and it was quiet (once the door was shut). Of course when you open the doors you hear the music by the pool and the people having fun at the pool.

We never heard our neighbors on each side (did not even hear a toilet flush).

There is an elevator in the middle of the building and stairs on each side.

All and all - I was very happy with my room.

We're at Pop now, and in the 50's buildings and loving it. As stated there are stairs at both ends and an elevator in the middle. We are in a first floor room (I don't walk well so should there be a need to evacuate I can) and haven't heard much of anything as far as noise!

we stayed at Pop in August. We were in the preferred building, overlooking the kiddie pool and to the right was the lake. We were on the third floor. Wonderful view of the lake and the pool. I have pictures of the kiddie pool when my aunt and sister went to feed the ducks that were swimming in the pool. I have pictures of the view from the room so I'll try to find them within the next few days if I can if anyone would like to see them.

My mom seems to think that I wouldnt have heard most true 50's music, that most of the stuff I think of as 50's is really early 60's. If you have time and think about it, could you make some mental notes for me?
