Sorry for the slightly lazy question I know the answer is there if I dig, but does anybody know which block of rooms is best at CSR?

I want somewhere which is one of the first pick ups for the Bus but we aren't too bothered about being close to the pool or Food hall as we don't mind a walk.

We are going next September so all rooms will be done up by then anyway

Cheers Tom pirate:

we stayed there last year and were in ranchos which was a walk to the man hall, it was the 2nd form last pick up but the buses were not busy, we went 28th aug to 11th sept

This was close to the digsite and had a quiet pool as well

We got on the 20th September for 10 days but have no idea how busy it will be.

My only experience of disney transport was our week at pop back in march and the buses were almost always full with people left waiting so was worried if we were the last stop we'd end up waiting a lot

 were at CSR this October (can't wait!) from what I have read the buses arent too busy - and you usually get a seat even with the 4 stops.

Were just going to wait and see what we get - I really like Casitas and Cabanas and my DF really likes Ranchos :)

At CSR the park buses pick up in the following order: 2,3,4,1

Stop 2 in Casitas (stop is behind Casita 4), Stop 3 is Ranchos (stop is behind building 7a), Stop 4 is Cabanas (stop is at the end of Cabanas 8a & 8b and also close to one end of Rancho 7B). Stop 1 is El Centro (Main building) but closest stop to Cabana 9B.

If you are going in September you wouldn't need to worry about the buses getting full it maybe standing room only at stop 1 but we have never seen anyone left behind even in March which was spring break and very busy.

We always get on at one of the stops out in the accomodation buildings and have always had a seat to the parks. On the way home at park closing we have had to wait for a second bus on occasions and had to stand.

There are quiet pools and laundries at Casitas 4, Rancho 7B and Cabana 9A.

We haved stayed in Rancho 7A (twice), Casitas 3 and Cabana 8A. From 7A is was a good 10 minute walk to El Centro but it was a nice quiet area and very close to bus stop 3. Casitas 3 was about 5 minutes (probably a bit less) from El Centro and about the same distance to the bus stop. Last time we stayed in Cabana 8A and this is our new favorite location. Bus stop, dig site and quiet pools all close by and only about 5ish minute walk to El Centro.

We love CSR :love:and will be staying there for our 5th trip in September.

I will try to answer any other questions you have but hope this has given you a feel for the area you would like. And here is the resort map. :goodvibes
