What rides/shows to hit first at Universal, Florida

I haven't been to Universal Florida since 2011. I can see there is a new Transformers and Despicable Me ride/show now.

What are the main rides to hit first at rope drop are the best ones to do before the crowds build up please?

What is the best plan of action?

when are you going? if before the new Harry Potter expansion, hit despicable me than Transformers.For some reason, Despicable me builds ridiculous lines.If you are going to be there after the DiaGON Alley area opens, you will want to do that area first

Plus all of the Despicable Me queue is outside; a lot of the Transformers one is inside and air conditioned. DM is typically the first thing people see as they enter the park, so it builds a line very quickly.
