What restaurants and stores can I use my blue card discount in?

I cant seem to find a list with all the stores?

Can someone tell me can I use it in shops like La Boutique at Riviera ? I think I saw somewhere that Toppolino's is excluded ? Want to maximize our discounts during our first DVC welcome home visit in June! My husband and I super excited to finally be DVC , something we have waited to do since 2016 to do!

Topolino’s is included in the discounts w/a blue card…..

La Boutique is not listed, but either are any specific merchandise locations. I would find it odd if the gift shop in a DVC resort were not included in DVC discounts.
