What resort was in those old commercials?

I remember seeing Disney commercials from a long time ago. It was a little girl waking up and looking outside her very fancy window and seeing Cinerella's castle. The room looked amazing (and unaffordable LOL). Anyone know what resort it was?

I do believe you are referring to the Grand Floridian. We stayed at the GF once in a room with 2 balconies, facing the castle. It was great to wake up in the morning, open the curtains and see the castle!

I'm pretty sure this is what you are talking about because when I saw it I would scream, "I stayed in that room!"



However, the commercial should say something like, "objects on TV appear larger" The castle isn't quite that close!

The magic of television--the room appears to be in similar style to GF, but there's no such view (at least in that close proximity to Cindy's)!

On a related, funny note.... when Dh and I were planning our first family trip to WDW Three years ago I told him it was my fantasy to stay in the Poly because as a young girl my family stayed in the CR. While that was neat, I remember riding the monorail thru the Poly and thinking "Wow, how exotic!" I told DH that I wanted to stay in a Lagoon view room, whip open my curtins and gaze at the castle. Well, I got my lagoon view room at the Poly, when we checked in, I ran to the curtins, whipped them open and there was the castle..... it was tiny from there!!!!!! We all had a big laugh!
