What really popular show irritates you?

American Idol and the Bachlor/Bachlorette...I tried to watch them once or twice...I'd rather scrub toilets.

Orange County Choppers, West Coast Choppers. DH loves these motorcycle shows, I can't stand them. Soap operas in a shop.

I have to say that I hate Will & Grace. It is way too over the top and I scream when somebody compares Debra Messing to Lucy Ball. No way. I think that the idiot that gave this show the plumb thrusday at 9 spot should be fired. this show is no where near the caliber of it's predecessors (Sienfeld, Cheers). All you have to do is look at the ratings for this night and see that NBC really blew it with this one.

Also hate SCRUBS (do not see what the critics like about it, it is just stupid) and every single reality show. I guess that is why I watch HBO so much. Liked Sex and the City (though those girls were a bit much at times), Sopranos (I have to keep reminding myself and DW it is suppose to be funny) and Six Feet Under. I also liked Friends, but agree is should have been on later due to content.

niks81 - I also agree with you about MASH. Liked it the first year but them it got so preachy about the horrors of war. Also do not like Alan Alda. Heard from a very reliable source he is no where near the nice guy he pretends to be.

I use to LOVE 7th Heaven and never missed an episode but about 3 years ago it took an ugly turn to never ever making sense, stupid story lines, engagements, marriages, babies. Please. These people know each other 2 weeks and are engaged - pathetic.

I also cannot stand Everybody Loves Raymond. The parents and brother are funny - but Ray and his wife are the most annoying people ever. And Debra is just a B*tch.

I'm not big on Reality shows except for Survivor. And I really can't stand the bachelor and bachelorette series.
