What questions should I ask the owners at Windsor Hills?

Hello all. I should start by explaining that I've never rented a condo before...so this is all new to me.

Last night, I sent an availability request through windsorhillsrent.com. So far, I've got about 45-50 email replies, and they're still coming in. :)

I'm in the process of weeding through the replies right now. But, what questions should I ask about the condos? The only thing I can think of is which building is the condo in. I'm sure their are other things I should be asking though. Suggestions?

Also, are the Epcot fireworks viewable from anywhere on the WH property, or does your balcony need to face a particular direction?

From the looks of it, buildings #8 and #7 seem to be the best located to the pool and clubhouse. How far of a walk are the other buildings?

Thanks for any advice. :)

I am sure there are those out there who can give you much better advice then me since this will be the first time I am renting also (November, a Villa) but I would ask about the deposit (refundable?, mine is not), how close to the clubhouse, do you have to pick up the keys from somewhere else or is there a box at the condo, maybe ask if they have a list of guest comments, Is the condo you are seeing on their website the actual one you will be staying in. It can be time consuming I know to go through them all but kinda fun also. Hopefully we both will have made the right decision! Good Luck!

What will you need while there.
Such as baby items, certain kitchen items, pool towels are an item if you plan on swimming that are a nice extra.

Hi, Deb, are you home now? Did you get a soaking from Fay? Hope that most of the vacation was good. :)

My main questions are about the security deposit and if I have to go pick up a key or do they have a lockbox or keypad. If it's a big deposit or I have to go pick up the key then I do not stay there.

Thanks for the help. I jotted these down in my vacation notebook.

I'm in the process of sorting through about 50 different offers for WH now. Yikes! What a job! :scared1:
