I've been finally able to catch up and keep up with the DIS, so much so I find I need more content to listen to between Friday-Tuesday. What are some of the podcasts you like?

I'm also lovin' NPR's "Wait Wait Don't tell me." I guess I like the roundtable type discussions (go figure)

I'd love to hear what other podcasts you listen to both Disney and non.

Thanks!

I listen to a lot because they are all I put on in the car pretty much all of the time. I don't listen to any other Disney podcasts every week. If WDW Today, WDW Radio, Magical Definition, Mouse Planet or some others are doing a topic I am interested in I will check it out.

As for non-Disny, the only daily podcast I listen to is Buzz Out Loud. I listen to other weekly and bi-weekly shows like The Velocast, Security Now, TWiT, Guardian Football Weekly (and extra), No Agenda, Cranky Geeks, and TWiG.

The GRIP! :) - My racing show

I've been watching a lot of video podcast dealing with technology lately. I like Geek Brief, its a good one to stay on top of the news techy toys, I knew about the apple tablet a looooong time before it came out because of them!

I love Moustalgia. The discussion members are from the Bay Area and they discuss DLR so it is more relevant to me since I've never been to WDW. Also, they have some great discussion and interviews on other Disney topics such as Disney legends and artists. It would be of interest to those who don't go to DLR regualarly.

Between that one and Dis Unplugged I don't have time to listen to any more podcasts than that. I do like computer/tech shows on the radio so I'd probably like a podcast of that if I had time.

I listen to podcasts non-stop so my list is LONG!!!

All About the Mouse

I'm having a hard time keeping up, but I've got:

WDW Radio
This American Life
Stuff You Should Know

I think they're all very well done and informative.

I often stream http://live.twit.tv either at the house or on my IPod and stream the audio to my blackberry. I, like Frank, like Security Now, TWit, TWiG, Windows Weekly, TWiP, The Tech Guy, Maxwell's House, and MacBreak Weekly.

...and of course, The DISUnplugged!

**UPDATE**
I have found the COOOLEST podcast yet. This Week in Radio Tech. It a bunch of Radio Engineers and HAMS that get together and do an incredible and Techie Podcast. They used the term "Iso-Coupler" in their last podcast. I must be a geek because I knew exactly what they were talking about.

I am in the car quite a bit for work, so Podcasts are my companions throughout the week.

Listen every week:
All About the Mouse
A Prairie Home Companion
DIS Unplugged (of course!)
NPR's Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me
Stuff You Should Know
WDW Radio Show
WDW Today

When I have time:
Muppetcast
Northern Mouse
This American Life

I also listen to audio books in the car- and that list is never ending!

I listen to a lot of podcasts too-makes the workday go much faster!

DIS Unplugged
WDW Radio
Inside the Magic

Mike and Mike in the Morning
Rachel Maddow
Prairie Home Companion
Bill Maher
Cathedral of Hope

Of course, it goes without saying that the DIS Unplugged is my favorite. ;)

The DIS Unplussged (of course!)
This American Life
Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me
A Prairie Home Companion
Car Talk

Too many to list. Approximately 40 podcast.

All Disney except one or two.

I spend 2 hours a day in my car, and podcasts are a sanity-saver for sure!

These are the ones I listen to without fail (in order of when - don't get the new DIS until Wed. pm, so it's almost always my Thursday am & Friday am listen. Weeks with only one show, I pick something else)

Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me
Car Talk
This American Life
DIS Unplugged

Filler Podcasts include:
WDW Today
Be Our Guest
Planet Money
Studio 360
Savage Love (NSFW/kids)
Craftcast

Disney-themed:
  • All About the Mouse - DLR focus, but has some WDW content too
  • DIS Unplugged
  • Disneybrit Podcast - focuses on DLRP and WDW
  • Inside the Magic - more WDW than DLR
  • The Josh and Croz Show - this one is not strictly Disney-focused, but the two podcasters are Disney imagineers in California. They can't talk details about what they're working on, so don't expect any company secrets. But there are occasional trips into Disneyland, as well as discussions on movies (Disney and non-Disney), Comic-Con, D23 Expo, and other topics as well.
  • Magical Definition Podcast - more discussion of the business side of Disney, Nathan Rose acts as the foil so Jim Hill can share his insider info and opinions.
  • Meandering Mouse - Jeff from Houston visits Disney parks around the world.
  • Mousetalgia - Disneyland and general Disney focus (as opposed to WDW).
  • The New Disneyland News Today Podcast - DLR focus
  • o-meon growup geeks' guide
  • Official Disneyland Resort Podcasts - mostly video
  • WDW Radio Show
  • A Window to the Magic - audio recorded in-park to "immerse" you in the Disney environment.

Non-Disney:
  • Chuck vs. the Podcast - for NBC's series Chuck
  • Dinner Party Download - "a fast and funny booster shot of news and culture designed to help you dazzle friends and family at this weekend's dinner party"
  • Irish Fireside - Irish travel and culture
  • Martha Stewart - about 10 new short video episodes at the beginning of each month.
  • NPR: Food Podcast
  • NPR: Technology Podcast
  • PotterCast - Harry Potter news - books, films, etc.
  • Prairie Home Companion
  • Stuff You Should Know
  • The Splendid Table - cooking and food
  • TechStuff
  • Travel with Rick Steves

I don't listen to any other Disney podcasts besides the DIS Unplugged. I tried WDW Radio and didn't like it. I only started listening to DIS Unplugged in January.

As for other podcasts:

A Prairie Home Companion's Tales from Lake Wobegone
A Way with Words
BrainStuff
Car Talk
Desiring God (John Piper's weekly sermon from Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, MN)
Fresh Air
Mars Hill (Rob Bell's weekly sermon from Mars Hill Church in Grand Rapids, MI)
On the Media
The RELEVANT Podcast
This American Life
Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me

I think that's all of them.

Betamouse
Keith and the Girl
Never Not Funny
This American Life
WDW Today

My list used to be much longer but I can't keep up.

I listen to several of the podcasts already listed, so I'll just throw in ones I don't think anyone mentioned yet:

Stuff You Missed in History Class
Stuff Mom Never Told You
Mugglecast (Harry Potter stuff)
That's What She Said (A podcast about the TV show The Office)

Quirks and Quarks is awesome....if you like staying on top of the world of science....also love As it Happens....two CBC podcast's that are very polished and interesting.

wdw today
wdw radio
mouseguest
inside the magic

i like all of them for different reasons and times. These would be my top ones that i even try to keep up with.

 thanks everyone!! I definitely have some new ideas. Can't wait to give a few of them a try!
