Zeitzeuge suggested some Disney-related pages on Facebook that he belongs to, and I posted a long, long list of all the Disney pages and groups I belong to on FB - there's a lot of cool stuff, and it's where I get much of my info (it all comes to the same News Feed so I don't have to go seeking it out):

I would caution that if you just look for Disney pages on facebook that most are not official. Try finding the official one for Disneyland, it's a local business, it post some news each day and look at its favorite pages. These favorite are other official pages.

The OP asked for "any others for fun stuff about Disneland planning." No mention of official or unofficial. The Facebook stuff includes the "fun stuff" aspect of the request.

I am very aware of what's official and unofficial on Facebook - it's kind of easy to tell once you get onto FB what is official and what's not, for different reasons. The unofficial pages have fewer "fans" and are usually not very developed in terms of status updates or photos, or the status updates are not written in an 'official' way. The official pages will usually say, "This is the official page," and are much more developed. Also, I am aware of which info is coming from a direct Disney source and which info is not directly from them. I find that most of us diehard Disney fans (especially those of us on Facebook) want both the official and unofficial info.

Actually there are quite a few official Disney pages on that long list I posted in the Facebook thread - and the main Disneyland page, is, of course, one of them. BUT the reason why I have Disneyland listed twice on there is because there is an unofficial page and the official page, and I belong to both. Anyway, Disney's PhotoPass Service is official. There's the official WDW page on there. Disney Family is official. Disney Cruise Line is official. Disney Living is official. Disney Gift Card is official. Disney Store is official. There are others too, but without looking at my list offhand, I don't remember what they are. And anything else is for fun - just like the DIS, MousePlanet, MiceAge, etc., are for fun.

I will try to make a note of which FB pages/groups are official on the list, so there is no confusion.

I am in the process of adding links to the Disney and "Disney-related" Facebook pages and groups listed below (all of which I belong to), as well as trying to notate which ones are Official. I have only made a small dent in the list so far - as you can see, it's long, and Rome wasn't built in a day. I have added some links already, as you will see, and made some notations, but I have to keep stopping and starting, as I have other things to do. I can only do several at a time.

What I did was type them out exactly as they are listed/spelled on Facebook, lower case or all caps, punctuation and all. What you see here is the exact way you will find them on Facebook. Also, if there is a 'The' at the beginning of the listing, I included it (as in The Walt Disney Family Museum, for example) because that's how it's listed. It's better to have the exact listing so that it is easier for you to find on Facebook, because sometimes there are similar listings. If I listed something twice - like you will see the word 'Disneyland' twice - it's because there are two different pages for it under that name, both of which I belong to and both spelled the same way.

I included some of the Downtown Disney shops (Basin and Build-A-Bear, for example) and restaurants (like Rainforest Cafe and Jazz Kitchen) on the list, and I included Mimi's Cafe and Anaheim GardenWalk as well. Sorry I did not have time to copy and paste the links for each Facebook page/group for you yet, but at least this is a start for what to look for.

For the ones that I added links to above - you can just click on those and it will take you directly to the FB page for those listings. You will either see a tab on the page that says "Like" or "Join." You click on that, and it will ask you to log into your own FB account. When you log into your account, it will open to whatever page you were trying to "Like" or "Join" and you should already be a member of the page or group at that point.

For the ones I have not added links to yet (and there are plenty, but I haven't had the time to do them all yet), you could copy the name from my list above, so you will have the exact listing as it appears on Facebook, then go to your own FB page, log in, and paste the name of the page or group you want to join in the search bar, and it will take you right to it. Then you click "Like" or "Join."
