Booked the Ultimate VIP as a 13th birthday surprise for DD (and also DH who doesn't know) and REALLY hoping for access to SWGE (FYI: its still not confirmed it'll be included for anyone ready to ask) ;)

So we'll be getting picked up from valet @ Beach Club on 12/21/19 and I'm guessing parks will be pretty busy by then. Another thing is we'll be going to MVMCP the next day (12/22) and again on XMas Eve (12/24) and don't really want to waste too much time at MK on rides we can get on with little wait during those dates with regular FP+

My personal thoughts are this, but I'm not sure if I'm being over ambitious, or should entirely put off MK until MVMCP and Christmas Eve and FP+ everything (at least everything I can get), so would love your input/thoughts:

MK:
Seven Dwarf Mine Train (2x)
Astro Orbiter (it was a "thing" for DD and DH, but the soon to be teen is in that "stage" so who knows if we'll need this one or not)
Space Mountain (will tour guide go on it alone with DD (age 13?) I can't due to motion sickness and DH is anti-rollercoasters and wont either)
Big Thunder
Splash Mountain
Haunted Mansion
Pirates of Caribbean
Jungle Cruise

EPCOT:
Spaceship Earth (unless its already closed by the time we go)
Frozen Ever After
Mission Space
Soarin’ (2x)

AK
Flight of Passage (2x)
Expedition Everest (will tour guide go on it alone with DD (age 13?) I can't due to motion sickness and DH is anti-rollercoasters and wont either)

DHS
Rock N’Roll Coaster
Tower of Terror (2x)
Toy Story Mania
Slinky Dog Dash (2x)
SWGE

Perhaps plan to have the tour guide take you to MK last. That way, if you find you are running short on time or would like to spend more of your time in the other parks, you can either condense your time there or skip it. You could also make your decision after you make your FP+ for the other two days you are doing MK. Keep in mind, the VIP guide takes you through the FP+ line and you are going at a busy time, so there will still be some waiting for the rides. I would not do Astro Orbiter with the VIP guide. There is no FP+ line there, so they do not have priority access. You will be wasting time in the standby guide with your "human FP+". I would plan to do that another day. I actually don't know if the VIP guide will go on the ride with your DD, however, your DD is old enough to go on rides alone at WDW, so, at the very least, the guide will take her through the FP+ line.

Did you book a private or an Ultimate (Day of Thrills, Classics, Nights of Adventure) tour? Ultimate tours won't pick up at your resort because they start in the parks and also have a preset itinerary. It sounds like you maybe booked a private tour?

Space Mountain (will tour guide go on it alone with DD (age 13?) I can't due to motion sickness and DH is anti-rollercoasters and wont either)

It's going to be up to your guide as to whether they'll take your DD on these rides alone. Many will, but it's up to their discretion. Your best bet, if you want this to happen, is ask for a guide who likes to ride, especially coasters.

As far as what order to visit the parks, I would give your guide your wish list and then let them make their recommendations. Your plans are definitely ambitious. Are you planning on sticking to the 7 hour minimum for the tour or do you plan to go over that? You won't be able to fit in everything on your current list in just the 7 hours.

Yea I would move MK to the last visit, that way you can be setup for private viewing of the HEA show. Plus if you are running short on time you can remove a few rides at MK without missing other park rides.
