What order should I book my ADR’s at 180?

Wondering which ones I should book first when I get to 180 days out! We are going 12/4-12/7 and it is 2 adults and 2 children
180: Dinner Sanaa
180+1: Trattoria Al Forno mid-morning breakfast
180+2: BOG late morning breakfast
Chef Mickey’s Dinner
180+3: Tusker House late morning breakfast

Thinking to book Chef Mickey’s first? BOG? No idea what demand for Trattoria is like. Thanks!

Trattoria was quite popular a few months ago but unsure if it still is.

Personally, I would do Trattoria, BOG, Tusker House, Chef Mickey and then Sanaa

Personally, I would do Sanaa, BOG, Trattoria, Tusker House and then Chef Mickey but since we are CFBC or DINKS and don't have kids, I may be off when it comes to character dining.

I just booked Sanaa for 35 days from now without issue and there were many slots available at decent times (we ended up with 7pm). I would put that as the last one.

This would all go faster if the 2nd adult could make ADRs the same time as you. Not always possible so just a thought.
