What order do the buses line up at the theme parks?

I have been to Disney many times but just haven't paid any attention to this. My last few stays were at Pop, AKL, and most recently SSR. I do recall staying at Pop yrs back that it was a gosh darn long walk when we left the parks. This time we are staying at the Poly (first time) and I am curious if their buses are closer up or not? (I'm referring to the theme parks drop off/pick up area)

Does anyone know the answer to this question?

In general, I'd say the more you pay, the shorter you walk! :) I can tell you with certainty that at MK, WL (and I think GF) were at the front and POP was at the wayyyy back, just after the All Star. I'm sure Poly will be close to the front.

The buses line up according to where you are staying. If you are at a Deluxe resort, you will have the closest possible stops. Then moderates will be next and values are last. Hope that is what you wanted to hear.

Most likely not what they "wanted" to hear but it is the truth.

Hey....the least amount of extra walking to the bus this ole broad has to do the better after parks all day...... :moped:

Besides...for the cost of the Poly, the bus should be parked closer...LOL
(we're on points but still...)

I have had bus stops for the deluxes be further away than some of the moderates! It depends on the resort and the particular park. At MGM, the bus stop for POP is pretty close. At Epcot....waaaaay to the back. I wouldn't stay in a particular resort based on where the buses are going to be picking me up at the parks.

At MK, the CBR bus stop was the first (closest) in its line. At Epcot, the CBR bus stop was SOOO far I think it would've been shorter if I walked to the back of the park, hopped over a wall behind The American Experience and waded through swamps and probably land mines to get to CBR.

I also recall being one of the furthest away at AKL, and among the closest at MGM.

CBR is a moderate resort, but at least in my memory the closeness of the stop to the entrance/exit was different at each park. Didn't notice any pattern for CBR, and I didn't check it out for other resorts.

I was at CBR in December and remember the same thing about MK and Epcot. It was the first stop at MK-that was great. It was definitely a long walk to the Epcot bus stop. It was very close at MGM.

That makes 2 of us....I would just expect the more expensive hotel...the closer in...but that's not always the case...and that's ok...I still intend to have a great time.

good day,

Do not plan on staying at a resort to get the closest bus stop at the parks.

The bus may not neccesarily drop off you off at the parks at the resort stop you are coming from. You may be dropped off at the resort bus stop the bus is going to next.

We just returned from our stay at WLV and took the bus to MK. We were bus stop #1 at MK.
